Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Production Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Joplin. This position is responsible for operating packaging equipment, palletizing finished products, and ensuring production lines run efficiently while meeting company quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Reliable transportation and a stable work history
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor packaging line equipment to maintain efficient production
Palletize finished products and prepare shipments for distribution
Serve as a relief operator in various production areas as needed
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are achieved
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality standards
Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity
Ability to safely work while wearing required PPE, including bump cap, hearing protection, and safety shoes
Work Environment
Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
Exposure to industrial equipment, conveyors, and production machinery
