Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant IV to provide advanced administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives or teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events or projects as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
