Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Bulletin

JNH Lifestyles is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The position will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the operation to facilitate the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound telephone calls.
  • Receive and direct visitors, customers, and vendors.
  • General clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Retrieve documents from filing system as needed by management.
  • Handle requests for information and data.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Support marketing efforts as required by the marketing department.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 year's experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Clerk.
  • Knowledge of office management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers and computers.
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Google Workspace and other SaaS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
