Must Haves:

1. Basic Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and general office supplies

2. Excellent written and verbal skills

The Opportunity:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle a wide variety of traditional administrative responsibilities including but not limited to organization of paperwork, filing, creating reports, calendar management, as well as special projects as assigned to support the Customer Service Department. Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

High School diploma or G.E.D.

Strong organizational skills.

Computer skills including Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status.
