Primary Purpose:
Ensure efficient operation of school administrative office and provide support for the Associate Principal and campus staff.

Two (2) years secretarial experience preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Records, Reports, and Correspondence
Prepare campus communications, correspondence, forms, manuals, and reports following district standards and requirements.
Assist in gathering and organizing data, preparation of reports, and the maintenance of records.
Maintain school and/or department calendar of events.
Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required. Maintain student records according to established procedures.
Reception and Phones
Maintain Associate Principal''s calendar, track deadlines, prepare correspondence, and organize meetings.
Assist students, teachers, and parents as needed.
Accounting and Inventory
Prepare and make cash deposits when necessary. May be responsible for maintenance of activity fund documentation.
Assist with department budget preparation and maintain accurate records of expenditures.
Prepare and process purchase orders, track account receivables, and make travel arrangements as necessary.
Maintain, reconcile, and submit monthly P-Card usage according to district policies (C&I only).
Maintain inventory of fixed assets, equipment, and supplies.
Other
Assist with planning, preparation, and coordination of campus activities which includes scheduling rooms, calendar, signage, equipment, parking needs, and stocking supplies and materials.
Assume responsibility for acquiring skills or modifying performance necessary for fulfilling assigned duties.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment and diplomacy.
Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot office equipment.
Travel to campus location or onsite support as required.
Perform special projects and after hours support as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
