Administrative Assistant I | HR Records & Administrative Support
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support a large-scale HR personnel file cleanup and organization project in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional office environment.
Work Model: Day Shift - AM (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM)
What You'll Do:
Review and organize employee personnel files
Separate active and terminated employee records
Organize benefits and medical documentation into appropriate sections and files
File large volumes of loose paper documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Support general administrative and clerical tasks related to HR records management
What You Bring:
Previous administrative experience preferred
Experience with filing and document organization preferred
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
