Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant I in Centennial, CO . This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting daily office and departmental operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a department or individual
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
• Coordinate meetings and assist with general office logistics
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, sorting mail, and document preparation
• Answer phones, receive visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain records and assist with basic financial or office tracking tasks
• Order and organize office supplies as needed
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of office experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Data entry experience across multiple systems or platforms

Preferred Experience

• Associate degree preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
