The Administrative/HR Assistant provides critical administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role supports managers and employees through organization, communication, and coordination of HR-related activities while handling confidential and time-sensitive information.  Approx 3 month position

Up to $22/hr.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant include:

  • Answer and route incoming calls; greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes
  • Maintain organized filing systems and retrieve records, emails, and documents as needed
  • Support HR functions including maintaining employee files, assisting with onboarding, and responding to basic HR inquiries
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks and ensure accuracy of HR documentation and audits
  • Help plan and execute company events, employee programs, and special initiatives (e.g., benefits enrollment, recognition events)
