Are you an experienced administrative professional with exceptional organizational and leadership skills? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support and ensure efficiency for our property management/development company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide scheduling, communication, and task management for executives
  • Manage complex administrative duties, including reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Coordinate office operations and improve administrative processes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting executive leadership
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verb4al communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance and certificates of insurance is a plus
