Responsibilities:

  • Operatesamulti-line telephone system, takesaccuratemessagesand transfers telephone calls to theappropriate personin an efficient manner.

  • Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptlynotifiesappropriateperson of their arrival.

  • Follows all building security procedures for visitors and reviews security video monitors where applicable.

  • Distributes incoming maildailyand prepares outgoing mail usingpostagemeter.

  • Operates standard office equipment

  • Typescorrespondence and memorandums in proper format and proofreads and mails as assigned.

  • Maintains an adequate office supply inventory andrequisitionsadditionalitems as needed.

  • Files documents in theappropriate order.

  • Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent

  • Ability to communicate both oral and written effectively with both internal and external customers

  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures

  • Ability todemonstrateprofessionalism & diplomacy to include telephone etiquette

  • Ability tointerface effectively withall departments to foster a success-oriented, accountable organization.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
