Responsibilities:

- Operatesamulti-line telephone system, takesaccuratemessagesand transfers telephone calls to theappropriate personin an efficient manner.
- Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptlynotifiesappropriateperson of their arrival.
- Follows all building security procedures for visitors and reviews security video monitors where applicable.
- Distributes incoming maildailyand prepares outgoing mail usingpostagemeter.
- Operates standard office equipment
- Typescorrespondence and memorandums in proper format and proofreads and mails as assigned.
- Maintains an adequate office supply inventory andrequisitionsadditionalitems as needed.
- Files documents in theappropriate order.
- Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
