What You'll Do (The Impact You'll Make): As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the organizational backbone of the office. While specific day-to-day duties can vary by client, typical responsibilities include:
Greeting clients, managing multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
Scheduling high-level meetings, managing office calendars, and coordinating occasional travel.
Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, tracking inventory, and ordering office supplies.
Drafting emails, preparing memos, and reviewing correspondence on behalf of leadership teams.
Assisting with basic data entry, light spreadsheet tracking, and expense reporting as needed.
What We Look For:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or corporate office support role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Tech-savviness is a huge plus!
Communication: A positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Language: (English/Spanish) is highly preferred for the South Broward market
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
