Seeking a friendly, outgoing full-time Administrative Assistant for a Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm role.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls, providing general information to clients and caregivers
- Coordinating schedule changes and communicating caregiver availability
- Supporting the Scheduling Coordinator and office staff
- Assisting with caregiver interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
- Willing to assist with on-call duties and client meet-and-greets
- Managing client and caregiver files
Qualifications:
- Administrative office experience required
- Stable work history, punctuality, and attendance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
