Administrative Assistant - Global Operations Support Firm in Ft. Lauderdale


We’re partnering with a fast-growing global company at the intersection of technology, operations, and insurance to find an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for its Fort Lauderdale office.

This is a highly visible onsite role supporting senior leadership while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. The right person is organized without being rigid, proactive without needing constant direction, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing executive calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel
  • Acting as a key liaison across internal teams and external partners
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
  • Supporting expense tracking, invoices, and administrative processes
  • Helping drive special projects and keeping communication flowing efficiently

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in a global environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and time zones
  • Professional communication skills and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools

$75K - $85K base salary, dependent on experience
