As a Administrative Assistant/Program Coordinator with OrthoArizona, you will get to:
  • Provide administrative support to department leadership and staff.
  • Answers telephones, screen and route calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Serve as a point of contact between staff, leadership, and external contacts.
  • Perform general office duties as needed
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree with Certification in Athletic Training
  • Minimum 1-year experience in athletic training/program coordination of care with athletes
  • Knowledge of medical field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Willingness to learn office management or record keeping software
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in coordination of care for athletes
  • Experience with administrative duties
