Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Greet visitors to the office with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for correspondence, scheduling, and document creation.
Assist with shipping needs as they arise.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to assist with invoicing and accounts payable.
Support HR and Payroll functions as needed.
Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
Support personal assistant functions when needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination.
Requirements

Experience in an administrative or clerical role.
General computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with filing systems, proofreading techniques, and time management strategies.
Previous experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing outstanding customer support.
