Administrative Assistant

Location: Framingham, MA

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid Onsite minimum Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Monday or Friday onsite when events are scheduled

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend; contract-to-perm potential)
  • Start: March 30, 2026
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This role provides administrative support for the Manager of Associate Engagement. The position involves responding to questions and requests, researching information, and interfacing with a variety of internal and external individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responds to questions and requests and researches information
  • Interfaces with a variety of internal and external individuals
  • Involves appropriate associates from other departments as needed when planning an event
  • Provides secretarial and administrative support for department
  • Monitors department email box and responds to inquiries quickly
  • Organizes and distributes Service Awards gift packets
  • Prepares various routine and complex reports filling in the appropriate information needed for events
  • Oversees and monitors administrative projects and initiatives
  • Fully hands on during events to ensure successful execution while problem solving issues as they arise
  • Performs other duties as required or directed

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills, and customer service oriented
  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn, take direction well, and be a team player
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude

Required Experience

  • 1 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Will not be required to work over 40 hours
  • Onsite at minimum on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; with the exception if there is an event on a Monday or Friday
