Administrative Assistant (Every Other Weekend Only)

Edenbrook Yeadon, a well-established and a trusted provider in the skilled nursing space located in Yeadon, PA, and a proud member of Eden East, is looking for Administrative Assistants to join our team.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

• Part-time
• 7am - 7pm
• Role is for every other weekend only and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
• Promptly answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Assist with the scanning and uploading of medical records into resident charts.
• Maintain the clinical schedule.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support the nursing department by helping put away weekly supply orders and monitoring inventory levels.
• Maintain and update employee files; upload documents into Paychex as needed.
• Assist with payroll preparation, including tracking time clock forms, bonuses, and PTO documentation for HR submission.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all sensitive information with discretion and care.
• Coordinate beautician services for residents, manage associated funds, and ensure timely payments.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A passion for working in a senior care environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Paychex or similar HR platforms
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
• A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Previous administrative experience, especially in healthcare or senior living (preferred)
