Hiring an Administrative Assistant. Successful candidates will be very well organized, have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and be able to seamlessly transition between tasks as needed.

This is an entry level position and will provide administrative, financial, and clerical support to the Office Manager within the day-to-day functions of the Front Office.

Overview of duties: This position will be responsible for both structured, official duties and a range of less formal, ad-hoc tasks throughout their employment.

The following is a compilation of essential, day-to-day, or periodic functions/tasks that are expected of this position. This list is not all inclusive and may be modified as deemed necessary:
• Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items.
• Data Entry.
• Maintain vendor files and employee files.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate historical records.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Running errands as needed. • Other duties as required or assigned.

Other Qualifications: • Individual must have a high school education
• Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Be able to follow instructions well and work well both independently and as a team.
• Have an exceptionally high attention to detail and be well-organized.
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's license.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00
