Administrative Assistant

Are you looking for a full-time opportunity with a small family like environment? A local Edinburgh company is hiring their next Administrative Assistant! Ideal candidate is someone who likes working as a team, has attention to detail, and is willing to learn. This company is willing to do some training for the right candidate!

Pay & Benefits:
  • Up to $23/hr depending on experience

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Job Duties & Requirements:
  • The Administrative Assistant will help in a variety of ways including answering phones, handling filling, timekeeping, invoicing, and more!
  • High levels of attention to detail in addition to ability to work in a team and independently are required.
  • Will work closely with the operation manager to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
