Administrative Assistant
Location – Duncansville, PA

Our Client, a well-established, privately owned industrial supply, equipment and service company, is seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant with strong customer service and computer skills. Social media and company marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Office Administrative experience
• Strong data entry and computer skills with daily use of MS Office programs, email, and internet software
• Knowledge of general office procedures and ability to operate office equipment (copier, computers, electronic devices)
• Social media marketing experience is a plus
• Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Dependability, with a strong work ethic, consistent attendance and punctuality, is important to the success of this role and the overall effectiveness of the team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree a plus


Responsibilities:
• General office duties to include emailing, filing, copying, printing, data entry, mailing, keeping a professional office appearance
• Welcome and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and helpful manner
• Answers all inbound phone calls, emails, and routes them accordingly
• Manage correspondence and interact with clients and vendors professionally
• Maintain office inventory, ordering, and office equipment
• Create and prepare reports for management, service, and sales team members
• Employees may be cross-trained and asked to assist in other departments within the company based on operational needs, workload demands, or staffing requirements
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Overview:
• Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Hourly rate based on experience
• Individual Medical coverage eligible upon 90 days of service
• Vacation and Personal Days earned
• Paid Holidays
• 401k Plan with Company match after 1 year of service
• Company paid Life and Disability Insurance
