POSITION: Administrative Assistant - Casual/On-Call This position will accept applications until position is filled and removed from the Delta County jobs website. This position is casual/on call meaning there is no set schedule or guarantee of work. We are seeking candidates that are looking to casually fill in for administrative vacancies as needed. DUTIES: * Answer and transfers phone calls, screening as necessary. * Welcome and direct visitors and clients. * Maintain filing systems as assigned. * Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents. * Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 3 years' comprehensive administrative experience * Computer competency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, database management and website builder programs * Combination of education and experience could waive specific requirement. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Bilingual with English and Spanish WAGE: $16.00 - $18.00/ hourly SHIFT: Part-time - As needed JOB SITE: Delta, Colorado BENEFITS: No benefits are offered for this casual/on-call position with the exception of those required by Healthy Families Workplace Act.
