Administrative Assistant (Client Deliverables & Brokerage Support)

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000
We are partnering with a highly respected commercial real estate firm to identify an Administrative Assistant to support a top-performing brokerage team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a strong focus on deliverables, data analysis, and transaction support.
This is not a traditional administrative position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing client materials, analyzing market data, and contributing to high-level brokerage initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables including market surveys, proposals, tour books, and transaction-related materials
- Create polished presentations, reports, and visual materials to support client meetings and business development efforts
- Analyze data, financials, and market trends to support broker recommendations and client strategy
- Conduct research across industry databases to compile accurate property and market insights
- Coordinate logistics and materials for property tours and client presentations
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with brokers and team members to ensure all materials are accurate, timely, and client-ready
- Support ongoing projects in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in administrative, analytical, or client support roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong financial and analytical acumen; demonstrated aptitude for working with numbers, interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to deliverables—not just execute tasks
- Experience in commercial real estate or a related field is a plus
