The team is hands-on, operationally focused, and currently expanding site-level administrative support to keep pace with project demands.

Job Details

The Construction Site Administrative Assistant serves as the organizational backbone of an active job site trailer near downtown Naples, FL. This person keeps daily paperwork moving, delivery records matched to invoices, and field reports submitted to the General Contractor on time. The role requires someone who is self-directed, detail-oriented, and genuinely comfortable working in a working construction environment.

Location: Near downtown Naples, FL | Fully Onsite | No travel required

What You'll Own on Site
· Receive incoming delivery tickets and attach them to the correct vendor invoices daily
· Compile and submit Daily Reports to the General Contractor, pulling field notes from foremen
· Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all site documentation
· Scan, track, and route paperwork across the project team as needed
· Serve as the on-site point of contact for basic IT issues and coordinate with the external IT vendor for resolution
· Support site managers and VP with general administrative tasks as projects demand
What You Bring to the Table
· Prior administrative or office support experience in any fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail — especially when matching documents and maintaining records
· Comfortable working from a job site trailer in an active, industrial outdoor setting
· Proficient in basic computer tools — email, MS Office or Google Workspace
· Able to communicate clearly with foremen, vendors, and management
· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently without heavy oversight
· Construction, trades, or field-based office experience a plus but not required
