Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep our teams organized, our projects moving, and our programs running smoothly. From supporting recruitment and travel to coordinating events and day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in advancing our mission of community inclusion for individuals with disabilities.

What You'll Do


  • Provide Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and support daily office operations.

  • Support Recruitment: Assist with community and networking events, outreach, and fundraising efforts.

  • Coordinate Travel: Support trip planning, communication, and logistics.

  • Manage Data & Reporting: Maintain tracking systems, compile reports, and support data accuracy across departments.

  • Support Organizational Projects: Assist leadership teams with presentations, communications, event planning, and operational initiatives.

  • Help Keep Teams Connected: Coordinate information, resources, and logistics that help programs run efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Experience supporting disability services is helpful, but not required
