Position Overview
Lingo Staffing is seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support a busy clinical office in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a patient-facing environment, has strong administrative and scheduling skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and families and plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations within the clinic.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and check patients in and out
  • Answer and screen incoming calls; handle general inquiries and collect accurate information
  • Maintain an organized, efficient front office and clinic environment
  • Coordinate and communicate with the clinical team to support patient and staff needs
Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior front office receptionist or administrative experience required
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; comfortable working with children and families
  • Strong phone skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Dependable, accurate, and deadline-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general database systems
  • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
