Responsibilities:
Complete and participate in all training program curriculum and activities to develop knowledge of department policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
Provide support in the achievement of goals and assist with all types of work across the department.
Work interchangeably between answering calls and servicing concurrent digital messages while completing various tasks related to multiple departments.
Coordinate and interact effectively with other departments to ensure high level of service and timely expedition of requests.
Other duties as assigned.
