Administrative Assistant
Location: 44102
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Duration: Approximately 3 months with the possibility of extension based on business needs
Start: ASAP
Our client is currently experiencing growth and are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys variety in their day, and has strong Excel skills.
Schedule Options (Open to Either):
- Part-Time (Preferred): Approximately 24 hours per week; 8:30/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on flexible or set days
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:30/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:- Data entry and invoice processing using Microsoft Excel
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, including formulas
- Employment verification and basic administrative support
- Scanning documents and maintaining electronic files
- Light organizing, filing, and general office upkeep
- Maintaining a clean and professional front desk area
- Hanging coats and assisting with light office tasks as requested
- Using basic office equipment (scanner, copier, printer)
Top Requirements:- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (spreadsheets, formulas, invoice entry)
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable handling both simple and more complex administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve when needed
