Responsibilities include managing mailings, handling walk-ins, updating the Member website, creating promotional materials, and coordinating events and presentations. The role involves acting as a receptionist, providing Member Concierge services, and assisting with special projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication skills are essential. Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and available for evening, holiday, and weekend events. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Physical ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 15 lbs is necessary.
