We are looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of an on-site HOA property.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to staff, assisting Board members, homeowners, and vendors with inquiries, coordinating community meetings, handling communication, answering calls, managing architectural requests, preparing meeting documents, tracking vendor bids, and supporting special projects.
This hourly role, Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings or weekends, involves working on property using standard office equipment. It requires good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and 2-3 years of office experience or equivalent education. A high school diploma is required. Some use of personal vehicle may be necessary.
