- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Front Desk Representative, or similar administrative role preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and employee documentation
- Experience supporting employee onboarding, attendance tracking, staffing coordination, or HR administrative functions preferred
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
