About the Opportunity
We are partnering with our long-term client to identify a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented setting. This role will play a key part in keeping the HR department running smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling, document preparation, and general office coordination
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Maintain and update employee records and HR files with a high level of confidentiality
Support interview scheduling and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers
Prepare employment verifications, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence
Assist with data entry and reporting within HRIS and Excel
Track and organize HR documents, compliance records, and internal reports
Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes as needed
Respond to employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR team member
Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
1–3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting an HR or office environment
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
