Our client, a global sportswear company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Boston, MA
Pay range: $30.00 - $35 /hourDOE
Duration: 6+ Months with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment
  • Manage general office operations including filing systems, correspondence, and document handling
  • Screen calls, respond to inquiries, and direct stakeholders to appropriate contacts
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Review and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to company standards
  • Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Update organizational charts and support office relocations or equipment moves
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Reception & Communication
  • Act as a central point of contact for department-related queries
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to internal and external inquiries
  • Provide guidance on office policies and procedures
Logistics & Coordination
  • Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements in line with company policies
  • Organize meetings and events including venue selection, catering, and materials
  • Liaise with vendors, travel agents, airlines, and internal stakeholders
Reporting & Presentations
  • Create high-quality presentations (graphic and text) under tight deadlines
  • Prepare reports by compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Organize and present information in a clear, structured format
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
    (Alternative combinations accepted: Master's + 4 years, PhD/Law + 3 years, Associate's + 6 years, High School + 7 years)
