Position Summary Information

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma plus 2 years of general office experience or an equivalent combination is required, with office experience to include proficiency with office software platforms such as Microsoft Office suite and Google suite. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills appropriate to a professional environment.

License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions

This position requires familiarity with basic office functions, including providing professional reception of guests, directing inquiries correctly from in person, telephone, and online communications, managing paperwork routing and organization, and supporting budget functions. Additionally, this position may assist with calendar support, purchasing of supplies, and monitoring student workers.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have an associates or bachelor's degree and at least two years office or administrative experience, preferably in a higher education setting.

Work Schedule/Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm

Number of Hours Per Week 40 Number of Months Per Year 12 Mandatory Staff No Physical Demands of Position
