Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team
  • Prepare and manage mailings and email campaigns
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Handle basic data entry and record-keeping tasks

Requirements
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
