Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Greet and assist clients in person, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience, including support with document signatures
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email in a clear, timely, and professional manner
- Support agency agents with administrative tasks, anticipating needs and following through reliably
- Prepare and assist with outgoing mailings and office correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update internal client databases, ensuring information is current and handled confidentially
- Perform data entry and manage Excel spreadsheets with precision
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished email and text correspondence
- Proven ability to be responsive, follow up consistently, and take initiative without constant direction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus.) Experience with an educational institution is also a plus
