Your Role

As the Administrative Assistant - Used Car Sales, you'll support the Director of Used Car Sales by coordinating sales operations, managing inventory and compliance, analyzing performance, and improving internal processes across 34+ locations. This position involves leadership, travel, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do as the Administrative Assistant
  • Support and execute used car sales strategies and targets
  • Coach and guide the sales team to hit goals and solve challenges
  • Assist with inventory mix, pricing insights, and market analysis
  • Help develop training, performance metrics, and process improvements
  • Partner with Marketing on promotions and brand visibility
  • Ensure compliance with sales, titling, and regulatory requirements
  • Champion safety, environmental responsibility, and company values
What You Bring as an Administrative Assistant
  • Sales leadership experience (used car or automotive preferred)
  • Knowledge of titling, regulations, and general vehicle mechanics
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors in an industrial setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
