Parallel Employment is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for an Auto Dealership. This position offers a pay range of $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to dealership operations, including customer interactions, data entry, scheduling, and general office administration.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: West Seneca, NY
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Primary responsibilities include:
- Processing paperwork for vehicle purchases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Entering and stocking vehicles into the inventory system
- Data entry for inventory parts
- General office support, including filing, organizing documents, and answering phones
- Submitting deal paperwork to banks for loan funding after vehicles are picked up
- Assisting with general administrative workflows to support sales and operations teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an auto dealership setting preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
