We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant Associate to support our dynamic team! In this vital role, you'll provide key administrative support within our outpatient team, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently at our 26th Street location.
As our ideal candidate, you will have experience working with electronic medical record system (EMR and handling calls in a professional setting, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You should be compassionate, empathetic and have the ability to operate independently while remaining calm under pressure. Strong multitasking skills and adaptability are essential, as the role requires the ability to shift priorities as needed. You will be a part of a small, caring team that assists all departments within the outpatient setting, with a supervisor on-site and in a collaborative team environment.

Schedule & Location
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30a-5:30p
Location: 26th Street, Erie, PA
Parking: On-site parking is provided at no cost
Dress Code: Business casual attire. Opportunity for 'jean' Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support.
Handle emails, calls and meeting logistics.
Maintains calendars and greets visitors.
Prepare presentations and routine reports.
Manage supplies, equipment and office records.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Up to one year administrative experience preferred.
Working knowledge of word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software.
Ability to use applicable MS Suite productsKnowledge of business processes and proceduresAbility to use basic reasoning skills
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR
