Job Title: Recruiting Administrative Assistant 
Pay: $19/HR
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Looking for a fast-paced role with growth potential? Join a professional transportation and logistics organization in Medina as an Administrative Assistant for our Recruiting team and play a key role in supporting contractor onboarding and fleet growth.

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll help drive the success of the recruiting team by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of contractor files. You’ll work closely with Fleet Account Managers, Owner-Operator Recruiters, and internal departments to deliver smooth onboarding experiences.

What You'll Do

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assist Fleet Recruiting Account Managers and recruiters with qualifying contractors and equipment for onboarding.
• Review background checks, motor vehicle reports, DAC history, employment verifications, and accident reports to ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT regulations, and company guidelines.
• Process and manage documentation accurately to ensure timely completion of files.
• Use heavy phone communication to obtain required documents and verifications.
• Support recruiting efforts and assist other recruiters with processing needs as required.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

•1-2 years office administration experience 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with heavy phone usage and professional communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
