ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Assist local management as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete daily deposits and cash drops
  • May support the return materials authorization process by processing customer new and adjustment returns
  • Assist in creating shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, LTL and GLS
  • Enter daily shipping numbers into Interchange
  • Assist with routing of sales orders as needed
  • Assist will call customers by processing invoices and collecting payment
  • Assist with the ordering supplies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in office setting
