Department of Radiologic & Medical Lab Science has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant 2.

The position provides clerical support to a middle level supervisor, academic department heads, directors, coordinators, or managers. Employees perform recurring duties independently; however, they are given specific instructions for non-routine assignments as needed and/or exercise a high degree of independent judgment and initiative in determining the approach/action to take in a non-routine situation. One year of experience in which clerical work is a major duty.

Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Appointment Type: This vacancy is being announced as a classified position and will be filled as a Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position and considered non-exempt under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and overtime can be mandatory. This position may require a clear driving record if required to drive on behalf of the University.
