Administrative Assistant II (contract)
ONSITE - Redmond, WA (4 days onsite required)
$27/hourly
Administrative Assistant II
This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support day‑to‑day business operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with Microsoft policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support team operations including onboarding, offboarding, headcount tracking, and organizational updates
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, morale activities, and offsites
• Partner with finance and business management on budget tracking, purchase orders, and accruals as needed
• Manage space, equipment, hardware, and supply requests in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain distribution lists, team sites, documentation, and organizational materials
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and internal partners while following Microsoft engagement guidelines
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of administrative or business support experience in a corporate environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience supporting senior leaders and working with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate needs
Preferred Qualifications
• Has knowledge of internal tools such as Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors, HRInsights, etc.)
• Experience supporting executives or senior leadership
• Familiarity with corporate travel, expense, and procurement systems
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization
• Prior experience in a technology or large enterprise environment
