Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group.2 years of experience required for the role. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned. This role will provide administrative, onsite support for larger teams within our org. Needs to be at onsite 5 days a week with the reliable transpiration. Need assertiveness and confidence to possibly manage a GM level calendar.
Explain a typical day in the role.:
Provide onsite support for employees at companies loaction. We have a large engineering team and need someone who has good energy to partner with other administrative staff and employees with various background. Help setting up new hires, offboarding, space management.
What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:
Knowledge of companies tools, such as Outlook and Excel. Beginner's experience level is good enough but needs to be able to use Outlook.
Honesty is the most important quality. We do not care if you make mistakes, but We do not want someone dishonest and cannot own up to mistakes and learn from them.
Responsiveness - This is a busy, large engineering team and we need someone who is responsive.
What are unique selling points that would get candidates interested in your role over another?:
This is a good position for someone who is eager to be busy and likes a large team environment. It will require some physical tasks, such as pushing carts with a bunch of machines, organizing morale events. This role will be good for someone who can handle varieties of tasks.
How will contractor performance be measured?:
Feedback through me and other executive assistants and teammates. Responsiveness/ Speed is necessary. Someone reliable, responsible and get things done in a timely manner with accuracy is good.
