The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Analyst who will be responsible for providing support to the Sr. Manager of US Construction Services, to include the managers and teams located in Sugar Grove, OH. This position will involve tracking and compilation of the team budgets, expenses and forecasting, organizational communications including presentation development, and other typical administrative duties.

What you'll do

  • Analyze data (financial reporting, variances to budget, etc.)
  • Develop and coordinate training schedules for execution teams
  • Ensure training compliance of execution teams
  • Support invoice processing to include verification of accuracy/validity, coding and submitting
  • Provide guidance/assistance to team members on Company programs and processes such as time reporting, expense reporting, and training
  • Interface with Supply Chain to requisition services and materials
  • Support management of department budget by compiling reports and assisting with forecasting activities
  • Maintain the records filing system in accordance with company standards
  • Assemble monthly management reports
  • Support fleet management documentation
  • Develop and coordinate team meeting logistics
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes as requested
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information and issues in an appropriate and confidential manner
  • Draft organizational communications
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage office correspondence
  • New team member set-up, working with IS and HR to establish accounts, secure hardware and workspace
  • Other tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field experience
  • Minimum of four years of related experience
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity
  • Strong analytical, written and communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related area
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in the energy or construction industry

This position requires candidates to:

  • Have and maintain a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract (record) for review
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing
  • Travel to other TC Energy locations for temporary assignments, meetings, or training which would involve some overnight stays away from home (<10%)
