If so, Self-Help Enterprises (SHE) is looking for an Administrative Analyst to join our Emergency Services team.

Our Emergency Services programs help families throughout the San Joaquin Valley prepare for emergencies and regain access to safe, reliable drinking water when drought, well failures, or water contamination threaten their health and well-being. As an Administrative Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting these efforts through data analysis, grant administration, reporting, community engagement, and program development.


Responsibilities

The Administrative Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain program data to support decision-making, reporting, and program effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal leadership, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Assist with grant research, application development, grant administration, and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor program performance and help ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
  • Support fiscal tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Develop, review, and administer contracts and related program documentation.
  • Represent SHE at community meetings, workshops, public events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support outreach efforts related to drought response, water access, emergency preparedness, and community resilience.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, community partners, and public agencies to support program goals and community needs.

Must-Haves
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to interpret data, regulations, policies, and program guidelines and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical and creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with grant administration, compliance monitoring, or grant reporting is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with community programs, public agencies, or nonprofit organizations is beneficial.
  • An appropriate combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the position.
