Our client, a dynamic organization in the Portland, OR area, is seeking a dedicated Administrative & Accounting Support Specialist to join their team. As an integral part of their operations, you will support daily office functions, ensuring smooth financial and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative & Accounting Support Specialist

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $23 - $26 DOE

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
  • Generate and manage invoices, billing, and payment tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support
  • Hands-on experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processes
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (highly preferred), Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Excellent data entry accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
