Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Operate multi-line phone systems
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Provide basic information to callers
- Handle emergency calls and follow proper procedures
- Maintain call logs and records
- Assist visitors or callers with inquiries
- Ensure clear and professional communication
- Follow company or facility phone protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Switchboard Operators
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills
