Admin Assistant

What We're Looking For:

Sante is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Easton, MD. The employee will be responsible for basic clerical and office support to staff as requested. This may include, but may not be limited to, filing, photocopying, answering and returning phone calls, recording keeping, creating reports, word-processing and office supply management.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clerical support
• Word-processing, filing, photocopying
• Office supply ordering and management
• Keep listing of issues, opportunities, new policies, etc., to create agenda for meetings
• Taking and distributing of meeting minutes
• Typing of reports/notes/etc
• Create and maintain databases for various agency projects
• Compile ECR data reports
• Compiling and distributing ESMCT staff schedule
• Creating (layout, design versus writing of articles) and distributing ESMCT newsletter, which will include MCT highlights, CIT highlights and other items of interest
• Submit needed logs, reports and receipts to Corporate
• Assist Director in compiling monthly reports that will be filtered into quarterly reports
• Printing of all needed materials
• Coordinate office needs with appropriate personnel (ie: supply ordering, building maintenance needs, I.T. issues, etc…)
• Check work e-mail according to agency protocol
• Participate in and complete all required trainings
• Other duties as assigned

What We Require:

• This is an onsite role.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle for business purposes and possess a valid driver's license with less than (3) points as well as current automobile insurance.
• Must have strong Excel and data reporting skills, with experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports to ensure data accuracy, monitor key metrics, and support operational and strategic decision-making.
