Teaching needs may include face-to-face/online and/or evening classes. Minimum Qualifications QUALIFICATIONSRegistered or Practical Nurse with current, unencumbered license with the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners or Louisiana State Board of Nursing.Experience performing direct patient care within the last four (4) years.Ability to travel to clinical locations.Satisfactory background check - an offer of employment is contingent on a satisfactory pre-employment background check.Previous teaching experience preferred.The pay for the position is contingent upon the hours and classes assigned. Adjunct instructors are currently paid at the rate of $800 per credit hour.
