The School of Education at the University of West Florida is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct teacher education position in the Department of Teaching, Leadership, and Research (TLR). We are looking for candidates in the following fields: Education Foundations, Field Experience, Special Education, Elementary Education, Content Methods, and Reading Education.
The department is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate academic department. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Holds at least a master's degree in an appropriate specialization or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience, and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship, and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must have a master's degree in education from an accredited institution to teach undergraduate courses, and a doctorate degree in education from an accredited institution to teach graduate courses.
